A few weeks ago Yasmin Sewell launched a pop up store in her Old Street showroom, Beach in the East. On a very summery day, I had the chance to pop in and take a look!
The show room has very cleverly been fashioned from a reconstructed swimming pool which is the perfect backdrop for a mix of contemporary designer brands. The pieces range from Cecile and The Print Dept tees, sandals by Sophie Webster, a select few Acne pieces, unique sunglasses and my personal favourite, crystal and silver necklaces from new designer, Jill Urwin. All together they make for a wonderful assortment of pieces that can be pulled into the perfect relaxed yet ultra hip outfit!
Like myself, Yasmin is originally from Australia (as are alot of the lovely girls she works with) and there is definitely an Australian vibe to the whole pop-up which I loved! A little piece of home in the heart of East London!
