For my boyfriend birthday this year, I made a cake that I had wanted to make
for a while! It’s a sugary treat of tastiness smothered in milk chocolate.....
Try it - you won't be disappointed!
250g butter
150g white chocolate
440g caster sugar
250ml milk
225g plain flour
75g self-raising flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
600g Belgium milk chocolate
250ml cream
Combine butter, sugar, white chocolate & milk in a saucepan. Cool
for 15 minutes & once melted, mix in sifted flours & eggs. Pour half of
the mixture into a prepared cake tin. Add cocoa to the other half or the mixture
and poured this into a 2nd tin.
Cook for an hour at 160 degrees.
Combine milk chocolate & cream in a saucepan and allow this to cool so
it becomes a spreadable consistency.
When the cakes are cooked and cooled, slice both cakes in half then layer
with the chocolate mixture.
Eat it & enjoy!
